Catching the in-between moments between children and their siblings, parents or grandparents is one of Verity Edgecombe Photography's favourite things to do during a family photo session.
Add to the mix beautiful light and a field of flowers, the Adelaide hills in the background and a lot of love and a little bit of magic is created that will be cherished for a life time.
There was a real connection between this sweetheart and her beloved Adelaide Grandma. They have a special bond and I'm glad I was able to document it.
This family had chosen to have their photos in the beautiful morning light so it was an early start but well worth the extra effort. After the extended family photo session which included all the siblings and their families, they went back to Grandma's for a breakfast of hot pancakes! It's nice if the children can look forward to something at the end of the session. Lots of family do something special after photos to celebrate the children being so good and the fun time together!
