Capturing one of the happiest days of a couple’s life is both an honour and a privilege, and I don’t take it lightly. With over a decade of experience photographing weddings, I bring a calm, confident presence to every celebration. I pour my heart into every wedding I photograph. I take the time to really listen to what matters to you, how you’re feeling, and what kind of moments you want to remember. The result? Photos that authentically reflect you. No stiff, overly posed shots (unless you want them!), but I’ll definitely let you know if something looks awkward - or if someone forgot to take their phone out of their pocket!

I love capturing those in-between moments—the little glances, the laughter, the tiny gestures that tell the real story of your day and your love.

One thing couples often say about me is that I don’t stand out—and that’s exactly how I like it. I’m there to document your wedding, not to be the centre of attention or block the view for guests. You won’t feel like you’ve hired the paparazzi—I blend in so you can focus on celebrating.

To ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, I visit your venue beforehand to scout the best spots that suit your style and vibe. This means your photos will be personal and unique, and my second photographer and I can work quickly and efficiently. I often hear the bridal party say how surprised (and relieved!) they are at how quickly the formal photos are done.

I aim to deliver your full gallery within 30 days.

Family Portraits

Capturing your children at different stages of life is something every child is grateful their parents did. Children grow up, and before you know it, they have left home to pursue their own adventures. Capturing moments with your children, such as playing in the sand, reading them a book, going on a walk, or simply hanging out, will always remind you of those precious family times and how they interacted with you and their siblings. With over a decade of experience photographing families, I know how to put everyone at ease and create an environment that allows genuine, unguarded moments to shine.

When I look back on my childhood, there’s so much I’ve forgotten, but the photos my parents took of us are treasured. I was that slightly awkward sister who tilted her head to the side in photos.

At family photo sessions, my motto is "let your kids be kids". I like to go with the flow and photograph your children being themselves. If they are shy or cheeky, I want that to come out in your images. We stay relaxed and make the kids feel involved in creating great memories, too.

I generally do family photo sessions in the beautiful golden glow of the early- or late-afternoon sun. This suits most families because the family photo session won't eat into their busy days, but others prefer a daytime session. I work with whatever suits you.

Extended Family Portraits

Big birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, or simply having everyone in town at the same time—these moments are the perfect excuse to bring the extended family together for a photo session. It’s not every day the whole crew is in one place, so why not capture it?

With over 12 years of experience photographing families, I ensure our time together flows smoothly and is relaxed. At extended family sessions, we cover it all: a big group photo with everyone, individual family units, couples, kids, siblings, and even those rare (and often hilarious) romantic shots of grandparents or parents. Why do all older couples laugh when they’re asked to cuddle and look at each other? I don’t know either—but it always makes for the happiest, most heartwarming photos!

These sessions are a beautiful way to document your family's generations, and the images become treasured keepsakes for everyone.
